Terms of Service

By creating an account or using HubHive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using HubHive on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you don't agree with these Terms, do not use HubHive.

You must be at least 13 years old to use HubHive. By using HubHive, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may use HubHive for personal, non-commercial purposes, and for the business purposes we explicitly support (running a business profile, taking quote requests, listing services).

You agree not to: use HubHive to violate any law; harass, threaten, or impersonate others; post hateful or unlawful content; spam or scrape the platform; reverse-engineer or interfere with our services; or use HubHive to compete with us.

You retain ownership of the content you post on HubHive. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service.

You are responsible for the content you post. Content that violates these Terms may be removed; accounts that repeatedly violate may be suspended or terminated.

You can delete your content at any time. After deletion, copies may persist briefly in backups but will not be displayed.

Hive admins are responsible for moderating content within their hive and enforcing the rules they set.

Business owners who create or claim a business listing represent that they are authorized to do so. We may require verification.

Quote requests, reviews, and ProFinder matches are facilitated by HubHive but agreements are between the requesting user and the business. HubHive is not a party to those agreements.

You can stop using HubHive at any time by deleting your account in Settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our community standards, or if we are required to by law.

HubHive is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific content will be available.

Information posted by users — including business profiles, reviews, and quote responses — is provided by those users and is not endorsed by HubHive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HubHive and its officers, employees, and partners aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill, arising out of your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months, or (b) US $100.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we'll let you know through the app or email before they take effect. Continued use of HubHive after the updates means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
